Classes
Overview
From September through June, Pine Tree Potters' Guild offers a variety of classes for adults in our fully-equipped working studio. Classes are offered to both members and non-members and are suited to various skill levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). During the summer, week-long 1/2-day camps are also offered for children and teens.

Class Structure
Classes are 3 hours in length, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are limited to 8-10 participants, depending on the class. Participants are required to clean up their workspace within the class time and will be asked by their instructor to begin cleaning up 20-30 minutes before the end of class.​​

Class Fees
Fees cited for all classes include HST.

Members: Fee does not include the cost of clay. Members will supply their own clay, purchased through Pine Tree Potters' Guild. Members enjoy discounted class fees and will have a promo code to apply the discount at checkout.

Non-Members: Fee includes one bag of white stoneware clay, plus glazes and firing for pieces made in class. Additional clay, if needed, can be purchased from the guild ($40 per bag). No outside clay may be brought into the studio.

Registration Process
Registration for classes is currently a two-part process:

Make your selection from the Classes offered, add the class to your cart, and proceed to the checkout to make your payment. (Members will have a promo code to receive the discounted price.) At the bottom of your confirmation page, there will be a link to the Class Registration Form.

Complete the Registration Form to secure your spot.
NOTE: Registration will not be considered complete until both payment and form are received. Since participant #s are limited, it's recommended that you make your payment first to ensure a spot is available and submit the form afterwards.

Refund Policy
All class fees are final sale and non-refundable. Registration fees will be fully refunded only in the event that Pine Tree Potters' Guild cancels a class session due to low registration. Should it be necessary to cancel an individual class due to weather or other unexpected circumstance, a make-up class will be scheduled. Please ensure the course you choose works with your schedule as there are no make-up classes for any that you are unable to attend.
